I have been close friends with Cole Nations, the founding guitarist of Ashes Fall for many years now. I designed his old logos and covers back when he was starting out with his old line up, and while I was readjusting to civilian life and trying to pick art back up again. Eventually, some life circumstances happened and his old band dissolved, and I went to work for The Chatsworth Times. However, fast forward a few years to 2024, he returned with a new line up and sound, and I had been retraining in graphic art and illustration in college. The time was right to design him a new logo and create the cover for his new song! It was time for both of us to return to the fray! The logo was designed in Adobe Illustrator, and the artwork was drawn and colored in Procreate.

Ashes Fall won the Sony Anthem Atlanta 2017 competition, and have supported well established acts such as Sevendust, Mushroomhead, Nonpoint, Saliva, Monster Magnet, Saving Abel, among many others.
