INFO
This was a material study project I completed in Digital Painting class at University of North Georgia in the Fall of 2025. This was entirely created in Adobe Photoshop from scratch, using organized layers, various tools, masks, blending modes and other tools while observing various textures and attempting to make them as believable or photo-realistic as possible. I worked quickly and intensively. The idea is to see how certain textures can wrap around rounded cubes at various angles and lighting, using warm and cool color temperature for light and shadow. The cube of acid was fully experimental without proper reference, and an attempt at sub surface scattering.
